Access

To access a report made to Evidence.Support we will require the following information:

  • Name and date of birth of the person who made the report as they provided it when they made the report.
  • The date or approximate date of the report.
  • Consent of the person who made the report OR proof that the person who made the report has died, in which case the report will be released to the police who have jurisdiction of the area.

Requests must be made in writing, arrangements to submit necessary proof of the above can be made by contacting PolicyTalk Canada Inc.

All submissions made to Evidence.Support are understood to have been made in preparation for legal use and are therefore protected under the doctrine of litigation privilege. Evidence.Support will only release reports with the express consent of the author, or following the author’s death.
