The purpose of this site is to be a digital escrow service for reports of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and any other violent crime. If you don’t want to report to the police today, you can create a report here. This will be an aid to your memory later and most importantly it will provide a record of exactly when you made the report.
By submitting a report here you will create a digital time stamp that proves the exact date and time you made your report. No one else will ever see it — unless you give consent and authorize the release of the report to your lawyer or the police.
The report itself will be encrypted and stored on a secure server in Switzerland where the data privacy laws will protect it until it is needed.
